
GlassDollar is a venture clienting provider and offers a “Venture Clienting OS” that enables large enterprises to systematically identify, evaluate, and scale startup solutions. The company works with innovation teams at leading corporations, including BSH, Volkswagen, Infineon, LG, Munich Re, A2A, and MTU. Its offering includes software and services—from setting up and running venture clienting units to startup sourcing, PoC management, and scaling. As part of the proof of concept, the full outreach automation for GlassDollar was designed, implemented, and tested.

The goal was to fully automate the process from request intake to initial outreach—maximizing quality, transparency, and speed.
Initial situation: Before the automation was introduced, the outreach process was manual: leads were copied one by one from Slack, contacts were researched, emails were written, and follow-ups were scheduled manually. This workflow was time-consuming, error-prone, and difficult to scale.
Implemented solution: The new architecture consolidated all individual steps into an automated workflow. Slack, as the company’s primary workspace, serves as the starting point and control hub: a command initiates the entire process, validates inputs, and collects contextual data. The automation then orchestrates validation, data enrichment via API integrations, generation of a one- to two-sentence value context using an embedded language model, and subsequent email delivery. Gmail handles sending via authenticated domains, while Sheets and Calendar are used for logging and escalation.
Results: The proof of concept achieved a +230% increase in output capacity, an approximately 90% success rate for end-to-end completed runs, and a 98% reduction in execution time compared to the manual process. These metrics demonstrate both the technical stability of the architecture and its operational impact on speed and scalability.Overall, the GlassDollar PoC shows that a previously fragmented process can be transformed into a precisely controlled, auditable, AI-enabled sales automation—providing a robust blueprint for scaling B2B organizations.
